Broadcast Awards

We look forward to welcoming you to the Broadcast Awards, held on 5th February 2025 at JW Marriott Grosvenor House, London, W1K 7TN.
 

Below is the information for the Awards, please ensure you read it, and if you have booked on behalf of others, also forward this to your guests.

DIETARIES

If any of your guests require the vegetarian alternative or have any other special dietary requirements, please click to download and complete the Broadcast Awards Dietary & Additional Drinks Order Form, which should be returned directly to Grosvenor House: Grosvenor-House.Private.Hospitality@marriott.com by Wednesday 29th January.

Please note all dietary meals must be pre-ordered in advance, failure to do so may result in a fee being charged to your table by the hotel.

  • 18:15 – Platinum drinks reception (Great Room Balcony)
  • 18.15 – Sponsors' drinks reception (Rink Bar)
  • 18:30 – Drinks reception (Ballroom)
  • 19:15 – Welcome address followed by dinner (Great Room)
  • 21:30 – Awards ceremony (Great Room)
  • 23:00 – After party​ (Ballroom)
  • 03:00 – Carriages

E-TICKETS

An e-ticket will be sent to the table booker closer to the awards night. Your table booker will share this with you before the awards as you will each need to show it to gain access on the night.

PLACE CARDS (For table bookers only)

In a bid to save paper, we are only sending place cards out to those who request them, so on the Guest List Form, please indicate your preference. These will be sent to the address on your invoice, so do let us know if it’s different.

ACCOMMODATION

We work with an accommodation agency, Priority, who have produced a rate card for the hotels in the surrounding area. To book your accommodation, click on the hotel of your choice and “Book Now”, or telephone PRIORITY on 0845 6123 611 or +44 1473 550 620 and quote MBII001 25. 

Alternatively, the Grosvenor House Hotel are offering an approximate 20% discount for Broadcast Awards guests. Please use this link to check availability and book. Please note that there are a limited number of rooms available at this rate, so booking early is advisable. 

 FAQs 

WHAT IS MY TABLE NUMBER?

There will be table plans in the Ballroom and the Great Room and a printed programme listing company names and table numbers. To aid networking on the night, there will be a QR code on the programme and the table plan, which gives you access to the full guest list. We are not able to confirm table numbers prior to the awards night.

WHAT IF I NEED TO BOOK ANOTHER SEAT/TABLE?

IS THERE A CLOAKROOM?​​

Yes, there is a cloakroom in the Ballroom reception and also outside the Great Room.

ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

If any of your guests require special access considerations, it is imperative that you let us know ASAP and clearly state this on the Guest List Form so we can liaise with the venue to ensure their needs are met.
