Dee came to talent management after years of nurturing talent both on productions and as a Head of Development. From the Grierson Best Documentary Kingdom Of Us to the Emmy Award winning Brat Camp and Broadcast Digital nominated My Mate’s A Muslim, she has worked across many genres and supported off-screen talent along the way.  

As a result she was selected as one of the inaugural Breakthrough Leaders In Television by The TV Collective in 2021. As a Talent Executive she is committed to supporting an inclusive workforce and helping talent excel in the industry and has done so on series such as 24 Hours in A&E, Alone and the acclaimed single film – Our Falklands War.
