Karl Warner is an award-winning television executive who has created and commissioned content for diverse, mainstream audiences across all key demographics. With over 20 years of leadership experience, Karl has held senior commissioning roles at the BBC and Channel 4 as well as founding his own production company, Electric Ray, in partnership with Sony Pictures Entertainment. 

Karl recently left Channel 4 as their Head of Youth and Digital where he oversaw E4, E4Xtra and the Digital Commissioning strategy for branded and original commissions across all of Channel 4’s social channels. As well as helping to spearhead the launch of award-winning YouTube channel, 4.0, some of Karl’s other notable commissions were Taskmaster, Big Boys and Married at Sight UK, the most successful streaming brand in history of the channel.
