Melissa has over 20 year’s experience in the industry.  She has Production Managed at numerous indies including Minnow Films, Nerd, Silver River and Endemol to name a few and joined The Garden in 2017 initially as Line Producer on the fixed rig series 24 Hours in A&E and was promoted to Production Executive and then Head of Production in the same year overseeing The Garden’s factual output.

Under her careful and supportive watch at The Garden she has overseen almost 200 hours of 24 Hours in A&E, 2 series of 24 hours in Police Custody, RTS Award winning and BAFTA nominated Our Falklands War: A Frontline Story and in the last year another 2 series of Emergency following the work of the London Trauma network and the first UK version of the international survival hit Alone plus many more hours of TV.

Melissa is part of the senior leadership team ensuring that there is gold standard of production protocols with the highest regard to duty of care she is also a trained Mental Health First Aider and sits on The Garden’s diversity working group.
