Rachel Drummond-Hay is the Managing Director of Bristol-based independent production company, Drummer Television. Drummer is a double-BAFTA, multi-international award-winning indie, specialising primarily in factual with a strong reputation for diversity both off- and on-screen. Rachel has Exec’d across Drummer’s slate on programmes for the major UK broadcasters including hard-hitting documentaries for BBC, Channel 4 and Channel 5, multiple long-running series and one-off docs for CBBC. She is the originator of Sign 2 Win, the world’s first game show in British Sign Language for the British Sign Language Broadcasting Trust. Rachel is Vice Chair of RTS West and has Level 2 in British sign language.
