Russ Lindsay co-founded James Grant Media Group (latterly YMU) the UK’s largest independent media, music and sports talent agency. With 25 plus years at the helm, he discovered, nurtured & managed many of the UK’s top television personalities including Ant & Dec and Simon Cowell. During his time at James Grant, Russ produced the majority of their productions in music, theatre & television. 

Russ stepped away from management in 2015 to create Infinity Creative Media successfully launching over 75 hours of global television with The All Star Cup, The Wine Show, Classic Car Show, The Art Show for Sky Arts and The Best FIFA Football Awards with many of the shows selling in over 100 countries worldwide.  He also co-founded Talent Bank, a sophisticated digital media business with shows and podcasts that include Rob Brydon's Brydon&. 

More recently, Russ Lindsay founded Moon&Back Media with Nigel Hall & Dawn Airey CBE, partnering with Pantheon Media Group / Endeavor. Their first major TV series together Made in Korea was broadcast on BBC One, distributed by ITV Studios (Broadcast Magazine’s ‘Top picks at MIPCOM’) and reached #1 with its Official TV Soundtrack.
