Samantha, alongside business partner Jane Atkinson, co-founded Media MDs in 2024, which offers operational, financial and creative guidance to small and medium sized indies to help power up their businesses. With years of high-level experience, she is a dynamic leader skilled in driving growth and shaping strategy. Samantha most recently served as Managing Director at the Emmy award-winning Box To Box Films where she guided the company through a phase of exponential growth and securing significant investment. 

Before that, she spent 7 years at NBCUniversal, including five as MD of Monkey Kingdom. During her time there, she diversified the business to enable its commercial growth and profitability. Prior to that she spent 9 years at Silver River as MD, guiding the company from its launch all the way to its sale to Sony.
