Victoria joined The Garden in April 2018 as a Line Producer on the Channel 4 pilot of Spying on My Family. Before that, she worked across a wide range of genres during her time at Endemol, Megalomedia and Reef Television. 

In August 2018 Victoria was promoted to Production Executive, overseeing a wide range of shows including over 100 episodes of 24 Hours in A&E, 3 series of Emergency, 2 series of the double-BAFTA-nominated Operation Live, 2 series of Natural History Museum: World of Wonder and the first UK series of Alone, plus The Mayfair Hotel Megabuild, The Baby has Landed and The Unshockable Dr Ronx.   

In March 2022 Victoria was promoted to Deputy Head of Production. Victoria still oversees large-scale projects including 24 Hours in A&E, and also looks after new work for both streamers and terrestrial broadcasters, such as Attack on London: Hunting the 7/7 Bombers  x 4-part series for Netflix and the Simon Reeve output.
